AL BRAZING FURNACE

This equipment is used for continuous brazing by spraying flux on aluminum parts of automobiles and electronic products in an inert atmosphere.

This equipment is advantageous in brazing automotive heat exchanger products such as radiators and condensers, or electronic products such as evaporators and heater cores.

Although the exit and inlet are open types, the atmosphere in the 'furnace' can be maintained stably by using a special atmosphere shut-off mechanism.

CU BRAZING FURNACE

It is an exothermic gas generator for brazing iron or copper alloys.

The gases produced within the generator are cooled with massive feedwater.

The generator is built into the heating zone, and the heat energy generated by gas is used for preheating, which brings significant energy savings of 35% to 50%.

Features of Item

1. Existing generators throw away the thermal energy generated when gas is generated. However this equipment uses the 35%~50% thermal energy waste to preheat the product.

2. The atmosphere in the furnace is stable.

3. The temperature distribution curve of the furnace can be fixed reasonably.

4. High productivity is possible through continuous process.
