Heat Bright Annealing Furnace

The annealing furnace has a built-in generator burner that uses the heat energy generated during gas generation for preheating, showing significant energy savings of 35% to 50%.

Oxidation prevention was possible in the existing roller hearth-type bright heat treatment furnace, but it was impossible to remove the temper color.

However, Kanto Yakin Kogyo (KYK), a business partner of FURNACEONE Co. Ltd., introduced a specially designed cooling chamber to enable heat treatment of the metallic film.
