Carburizing & Tempering Furnace

Tempering furnaces are continuous or batch type installations equipped with gas-fueled / electric heater units and recirculation fans.

These are designed for tempering or lessening stress in air, nitrogen, argon or DX atmospheres.

This furnace comes with maximum quality by minimum cost.

Cost for producing generating gas is reduced in half by equipping with generator in the furnace. Material cost is reduced in half by recirculating the atmospheric gas.

Exhaust gas is refined and reutilized in N2 based gas heat treatment.

Self-generating system in the furnace which prevents from producing incompletely resolved gas. Optimum adjustment of the atmosphere gas in each zone for heating, soaking and hardening by hanging the metal curtains in the furnace.

Features of Item

1. Heat treatment of 1,500kg/H by the mesh belt type.

2. Friction resistance is reduced by utilizing ceramic skid rails which make treatment possible.

3. Oxidizing prevention in the tempering furnace.

4.The furnace is equipped with the exothermic gas generating burner which feeds the combustion exhaust gas into the tempering furnace to prevent high temperature oxidation.
