UREA, one of the major hydroscopic substances that can be found dissolved in the stratum corneum, is a natural moisturizing factor (NMF) of the skin.

Health skin contains approximately 1% urea. Diseases such as dry-dehydrated skin is characterized by urea deficiency in the stratum corneum.

Apart from its significance for skin hydration, urea also possesses keratolytic and antipruritic properties. Therefore, it is particularly important in dermatologic treatments and cosmetics.

Apply the product as often as needed on dry, rough or scaly skin.

PRECAUSTIONS
