The XComPRO SECS driver is a communication driver that makes SECS*, a standard communication protocol between semiconductor and flat display equipment easier and easier to use.
Specifically, it supports both SECS-I using RS-232C communication and HSMS using TCP/IP within a single control, enabling effective response to changes in the work environment using the same controls and usage as required.
