Neofuser / CareVis is a single-use, portable infusion pump for patients that works without batteries or electricity. It provides liquid medication at accurate continuous pre-fixed flow (Neofuser / CareVis) or if selected with additional bolus doses via patient controlled analgesia (PCA) module (Neofuser Plus / CareVis PCA). Neofuser / CareVisis also provided in a PCA version without continuous basal flow (Neofuser Bolus / CareVis BoluS) and in a multi-rate version (Neofuser Vario / CareVis VariO) with the possibility to select 7 different flow rates and the stop of the flow with a detachable key. Neofuser Vario Plus / CareVis VariO Plus combines a PCA unit and a multi-rate unit, which functions can be operated independently of each other.

Carevis a system is a disposable elastomeric PCA pump infusion pump for post op pain management that encourage early ambulation and makes home therapy possible especially for chemotherapy, antibiotics, antivirals and other general intravenous treatments as the system works independently and does not require gravity, external force or battery. Other indication includes intra-arterial, subcutaneous, epidural, perineural and intralesional infusions.

The external hard case gives added safety which prevent human manipulation and burst due to sharp object accident puncturing the pump.  Others safety features includes locking mechanism and fixed flow rate which prevent human errors in setting up conventional electronic pump.
